Our Amity Machine facility includes boring mills, engine lathes, CNC mills, CNC lathes, radial drill press, and welding equipment, and our large boring mills are unique to the region. We can also provide complete welding and fabrication through our sister company, Amity Fabricators.

    6-1/4" bar, floor type, 108" vertical travel, 20' longitudinal travel, 36" facing head, threading - 2 to 48 t.p.i., digital readouts, maximum diameter Boring from spindle - 39" max., outboard support with boring bars up to 5" right angle head, 85" diameter single point facing capabilities.
  • Sharmann Horizontal Boring Mill
    5" spindle, table type, 79" vertical travel, 60" x 120" table, 116" horizontal travel 67" longitudinal travel, 16-1/2 ton table capacity, 24" facing head, digital readouts, English and Metric threading, right angle head.
  • Niles Vertical Boring Mill
    100" table, 106" max swing, two rail heads, 60" height under tool holders 70-1/2" height under rails, 40 degree tool angle swing 115-5/8" max. diameter.
  • Okuma LU-35-M 2SC X 1500
    4 axis(2 turrets), upper turret live milling (X,Z,C axes), swing over bed: 29.13", swing over cross slide: 18.9", distance between centers: 59.1", max turning diameter x length: 21.65" x 68.90", spindle hp: 50/40.
  • Porba Engine Lathe
    53-1/8" swing over bed, 41-3/8" swing over carriage, 23' center, taper attachment, English and metric threading, Mimik Tracer.

  • Amity Machine produces a wide variety of machined parts to exact customer specifications.
  • Parts are machined out of aluminum, steel, or stainless steel.
  • Through Amity Machine’s numerous suppliers they are able to purchase various thicknesses, widths, and lengths of base metals.
  • Amity Machine can acquire shaped extrusions to reduce costs and time it takes to machine component parts.
